This House was in very bad shape before we took on this renovation project. We updated the house to maintain its historic Victorian style.
With a lot of natural light coming through the large side windows in the Kitchen, we decided to use dark green cabinets with a creamy backsplash and wood tones. Along the back of the house, the clients wanted the powder room to match the kitchen and not be boring, to achieve this, we used bold flower wallpaper with gold fixtures that brought the whole space together.
This project features one of our favorite custom-designed stained glass, it was used on a French door in the master bedroom as a way to restore the original door left in the house and bring personality into the project. The original brick fireplace in the living room was also restored as many items we were able to salvage.
This three stories raw home has much to offer and to feel inspired by with bold choices while keeping it historical to its neighborhood.
